I have been consciously working on building healthy habits. For me, those healthy habits have included blogging everyday, making my bed, writing gratitude notes and being creative everyday. One of the my favorite outlets is painting, despite the fact that I'm not very good at it. I found this wonderful YouTube channel that makes feel good though. 

Lena Dayna's video posts are informative and accessible for beginners. When I'm feeling intimidated about stepping up to the canvas, she always makes me feel better.
